WHAT WE HAVE DONE FOR OUR CLIENTS

TERTIARY EDUCATION

Advised AUT University, Auckland on commercialising its print department to reduce costs. A decision is pending on the project.
Advised on the $41m expansion of a high performance sports and health centre at Millennium Institute of Sport and Health on Auckland's North Shore. The project included financial modelling and assistance with fundraising.

TERTIARY EDUCATION

Developed a financial model enabling Massey University to fully cost its educational outputs, including the calculation of profit and contribution by paper and qualification to measure the teaching and research component of each department.
Advised the Auckland Council, AUT and Auckland University on development of a "Learning Quarter" in Auckland city.

TERTIARY EDUCATION

Facilitated and structured a strategic review for the establishment of the new Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies at AUT University, Auckland. The project involved an investigation and review of the objectives and mission of the new faculty, its key resources and programmes and how these might best be managed to serve the mission and objectives of linking academia, research, industry and government.
